In the Calendar section, you can set your general working hours for all appointments. Here’s how it works:
✅ Define your business hours (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
✅ Set specific availability for each day of the week.
✅ Block off holidays or breaks when bookings shouldn’t be allowed.
This ensures that customers can only select time slots within your defined schedule.
If your services are provided by different team members, at different locations, or at different times, you can create separate calendars for each. This ensures that booking an appointment in one calendar won’t block availability in another, allowing for more flexible scheduling.
2️⃣ Appointment Types – Custom Availability Per Service
In the Appointment Types section, you can customize availability based on the type of service being booked. This allows for flexible scheduling.
✅ Assign different time slots for different services (e.g., Add Duration 30-min consultations vs. 1-hour training sessions).
✅ Control Block off time before appointment and lock off time after appointment
✅ Add to a specific calendar.
