Can appointments be canceled or rescheduled?

Both administrators and customers can manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling.


1️⃣ Admin Management – Via the Appointments Tab


Administrators can cancel or reschedule appointments directly in the Appointments Tab of the SLOTS app. This allows full control over booking changes.

βœ… Navigate to the Appointments Tab in the SLOTS app.
βœ… Select the appointment you want to modify.
βœ… Choose to Reschedule or Cancel the appointment.

2️⃣ Customer Management – Via Email Notification


Customers can reschedule or cancel their appointments through email notifications, if you enable this option in the Notification Settings.

βœ… Receive an appointment confirmation email.

Email Notificalions

βœ… Click the Reschedule or Cancel button inside the email.

Open Reschedule / cancel appointment


βœ… Select a new time slot (if rescheduling):

βœ… Or, confirm the cancellation.

Note: Customer can manage appointments only if admin gives permission on Notification/Customer notification/Email settings
