Both administrators and customers can manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
1οΈβ£ Admin Management β Via the Appointments Tab
Administrators can cancel or reschedule appointments directly in the Appointments Tab of the SLOTS app. This allows full control over booking changes.

π Steps for Admins:

Navigate to the Appointments Tab in the SLOTS app.

Select the appointment you want to modify.
β
Choose to Reschedule or Cancel the appointment.

2οΈβ£ Customer Management β Via Email Notification
Customers can reschedule or cancel their appointments through email notifications, if you enable this option in the Notification Settings.

π Steps for Customers:

Receive an appointment confirmation email.
β
β
Click the Reschedule or Cancel button inside the email.

Select a new time slot (if rescheduling):

Or, confirm the cancellation.

Note: Customer can manage appointments only if admin gives permission on Notification/Customer notification/Email settings
