A Notice is a short, non-interactive text banner you control from Widget customization → Notice. It appears on the pages you select (Product pages, App scheduling page, Cart page, or Other pages) to inform customers—e.g., availability, lead times, arrival instructions—before they open or complete a booking. It’s simple copy only (no actions) and is shown even if those selected pages aren’t fully configured or are switched off.

With a small notice, you can set expectations before customers even open the scheduler—think availability, lead times, or special instructions.

Navigate to Widget customization → Notice form to access this settings:

Write your notice text

  1. In Notice text, add a short, clear message.

  2. Keep it one line if possible so it stays readable on mobile.

Examples:

  • Appointments available — book online.

  • Same-day bookings close at 4 PM.

  • Walk-ins welcome; booking recommended.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early.

  • Prepayment required for this service.

Quick tips:

  • Keep it under ~80 characters for small screens.

  • Use plain, action-oriented language; avoid jargon.

  • Change notices seasonally (e.g., holiday hours, peak times).

  • If the message is urgent, place it on Product pages and the App scheduling page.

Choose where the notice appears

  1. Under Placement → Notice is shown on, tick the pages you want:

    • Product pages

    • App scheduling page

    • Cart page

    • Other pages

Use multiple placements if the message is important (e.g., show on Product pages and Cart page).
