πŸ‘‰ Multiple custom checkboxes & dropdown selects in booking forms

To access this settings, navigate to Widget Customization β†’ Scheduling form

You can now add up to 3 custom checkboxes and up to 3 custom dropdown selects to your appointment scheduling form β€” previously limited to one of each.

Custom Checkboxes let you add optional or required consent/preference fields that customers check off before booking (e.g. "Online", "I agree to the cancellation policy").

Custom Selects let you add labeled dropdown menus with your own options (e.g. a dropdown labeled "Offline" with options like "is" / "not is").

Both field types are managed from your service settings and can be toggled on or off individually without deleting them. Customers fill them in on the Schedule Appointment screen before adding the booking to cart.

All responses are saved to the appointment record and visible directly in the booking details view alongside the order, time slot, and other appointment information β€” making it easy to act on customer input without leaving the app.
