Customize scheduling form

Change scheduling form language, button and field texts, add lead gen fields, etc.

Navigate to Widget customization → Scheduling form to customize the scheduling forms.

Scheduling form customization settings allow you the following customizations:

Change calendar language

Select the language from the dropdown menu in the Calendar language section:

Set time slot view

This settings allows you to:

  1. Show time as a range or only the start time

  2. Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time

Choose Appointment duration time to display range like 9:00–10:00)

Choose Appointment start time to display time slot single like 9:00

You can set Time format as 12h (AM/PM) or 24h:

Rename the buttons

Edit Button name under First step (date & time) and Second step (confirmation).


Examples: Continue, Confirm, Add appointment to cart.

Choose what happens after confirmation (redirect)

You can choose where to direct your customers after confirmation: Stay on page, Cart page, or Checkout.


Tip: Use Stay on page if customers often book multiple time slots.

Change label texts in the form

In the content section, you can change labels in the scheduling form.

Tip: Keep texts short, clear, and action-oriented.

Make form fields optional or mandatory

In the fields section, you can enable or disable fields by toggle on and off.

Name field:

Why it matters: Personalizes reminders, lets staff greet the right person, and helps find bookings quickly on busy days.

Email field:

Capture your customers' email addresses.

Why it matters: Sends confirmation, reschedule/cancel links, calendar invites, and receipts.

Phone field:

Capture your customers' phone numbers.

Why it matters: Best for time-sensitive reminders or last-minute changes. Required if you’ll text confirmations/reminders.

Notes field:

Add a notes field for extra details.

Why it matters: Captures special instructions that help you prepare (and avoid back-and-forth).

Custom checkbox field:

Add a custom checkbox (policies/agreements).

Why it matters: Simple one-tap opt-in for an option or condition.

Make it Mandatory only if the option is required to proceed (e.g., “I agree to studio rules”).
