August Releases

Changelog | Different slot limits for specific dates & clearer pricing plans

Written by Andrey Gadashevich

🚀 New features

👉 Set a different number of appointments per slot for specific dates

To access this setting, navigate to Calendar → Scheduling conditions.

You can now change how many appointments each time slot accepts on chosen dates, without changing the rest of your calendar. It's useful for busy days, events or days when more staff are available.

Turn on Set a different limit for specific dates, then add one date or a date range and set the maximum number of appointments per slot. For example, you could allow 5 bookings per slot on 6 August and 10 on 7 August. All other dates keep your calendar's usual limit.

Note: date ranges can't overlap, and the end date can't be earlier than the start date. This option is available on plans that include Max appointments per slot.

⚙️ Improvements

👉 Easier-to-compare pricing plans

To access this page, navigate to Pricing plan.

The plan comparison is now one card per plan instead of a wide table, so nothing scrolls sideways on smaller screens. Each card shows the plan name, description and price, then the features it includes. Pro starts with "Everything in Free, plus" and Elite with "Everything in Pro, plus", so you only see what's new at each level. On mobile, Free / Pro / Elite tabs switch between plans.

👉 Save all notification settings at once

To access these settings, navigate to Notifications.

Notification toggles, the From name, the reply-to email and admin recipients are now saved together with a single Save / Discard bar at the top of the page, instead of saving on every click. Notification texts and the custom email sender keep their own buttons.

👉 "Apply to all" now copies breaks too

When you set working hours, Apply to all now copies the first day's breaks as well as its start and end times to every day. Each day's breaks stay independent afterwards, so editing one day doesn't change the others. This works in onboarding, Edit calendar and the new calendar window.

👉 Skip onboarding

A new Skip onboarding link on the welcome screen takes you straight to your scheduling pages if you'd rather set things up yourself.

👉 Clearer messages when something isn't available

  • When Add new appointment or Add calendar is unavailable, a message on the page now explains why.

  • If a new calendar can't be saved, you now see the real reason (for example, "Only 1 calendar is available on the Free plan") instead of a general error.

  • If a Widget customization save fails, you now see an error message.

🐞 Fixes

  • The last setup guide step can now be completed by confirming the widget on your storefront. Stores that already have bookings are marked complete automatically.

  • Days that are partly booked no longer show "No available time slots" when a slot is still free.

  • Customers booking from half-hour timezones, such as India or Adelaide, now book the correct time.

  • A time slot fully covered by Days of unavailability can no longer be booked.

  • The Date & Time window for manual bookings no longer gets stuck loading, and it shows only bookable days.

  • In Manage appointment, the month arrows now load availability, and the reschedule calendar is fully visible on mobile.

  • The Select product window on the New appointment page no longer freezes the page.

  • The Save bar now appears correctly on Notifications and Widget customization for every store.

  • Corner radius for widget buttons can now be set to 0 for square corners.

  • Calendar buttons now show the calendar's name instead of a number.

  • Mobile layout and spacing fixes on Edit calendar, Scheduling pages and New appointment.
