What you can do here in Admin notifications settings:
Alert your team by email when new appointments are created, changed, or canceled.
Send a daily summary email to staff at the time and timezone shown.
Send admin SMS alerts (requires the SMS Notifications add-on).
Choose who receives alerts: one global list for all calendars or different recipients per calendar.
Access these settings by navigating to Notifications customization → Admin notifications to customize the scheduling forms.
Enable/disable email notifications when new appointments are created
Turn the toggle on Appointment notifications to receive appointment notifications via email.
You can also enable Appointment summary emails to receive booked appointments too.
Receive appointment notifications via SMS
If you also want to receive SMS notifications when a new appointment is created, you should get the SMS notifications add-on.
Click on the 'Get this add-on' to enable SMS notifications.
Set recipients
Different recipients by calendar lets you send admin alerts to different people for each calendar. Turn it on to assign unique emails and phone numbers per calendar in the Edit recipients pop-up; leave it off to use one list for all calendars.
When this toggle is switched off, all recipients will receive notifications for all calendars.
For a single list (all calendars):
Leave Different recipients by calendar Off.
Click Edit email addresses and/or Edit phone numbers.
Add entries.
For per-calendar routing:
Toggle Different recipients by calendar On.
The Edit recipients pop-up appears—add emails and phones for each calendar.
